Tümata Forum in Munich, Germany
November 9 | 9:00 am - November 11 | 7:00 pm UTC+3
Finally, we are able to present the forum’s program summary and cordially invite you to register
with Banu, mailto:email@example.com, and gather any additional information necessary.
This forum’s central focus is on playing music together and further studies on the Makam. As
always, there are many opportunities to learn from each other, practice together and find time
for encounter and exchange, to carry on with pooled forces and vibrantly share what we were
granted to learn and receive from Oruç Hoca.
It’s like in the story with the mirror broken into a thousand pieces – each single fragment
uniquely reflects the one, undividable light. So, let’s take this opportunity, polish our fragments
and put them together the best we can, inşallah!
Beautiful things can come out of this, things not yet mentioned in this program and yet be just
right, there and then. With all the planning, we want to preserve an openness for the magic of
the moment. Suhurat.
All these meetings, we consider to be an opportunity to recharge this path of love, on which we
were brought together by Oruç, with new energy, to strengthen, support and to learn from
each other, in order to move on, step by step. Yavaş, yavaş.
Or as Oruç used to put it: slowly, slowly – fast.
A word on the financial organisation:
We bear the costs all together.
We therefore ask for your contributions, according to your possibilities, within the following
- 3 days attendence: 120-150 Euro
- 1 day attendence: 50-70 Euro
Optional sponsorships for flight tickets – just as last time – are most and warmly welcome.
From the returns, we will pay the location rent (450 Euro), the food (approx. 1200 Euro, based
on an estimation of 30 participants on 3 days), transport, kitchen staff, flight tickets for our
Turkish friends, who otherwise couldn’t afford to come, possibly a docent fee for Michael,
Dennis, Kanıkey, Faysal, Azize and Emre and entry fee for the vernissage on Saturday night.
The remaining returns, if any, will be added to the Tümata Munich account, for financing or
support upcoming events.
A warm selam and welcome,
Banu, Süyümbike, Bahtiyar, Judith, Amina und Christoph.
